When you register on OptumRx.com, you’ll get 24/7 access to a personalized website that helps you manage your health plan. You can access an ID card using OptumRx.com or the mobile app.
Once you create your personal MyDentalBenefits account, you can view your ID card right from the homepage. To access your digital ID card, download the United Concordia Dental app from the Apple App Store or on Google Play.
