Quality Stress Management

The AHN Chill Project is now accepting new clients and has immediate availability for telehealth therapy services.

This program helps reduce stress, anxiety, and worry through practical coping strategies – supporting you in:

  • Discovering a path toward healing and happiness
  • Improving communication and connection
  • Achieving a greater sense of well-being

Teletherapy sessions are available now.

To register, call Jefferson Counseling Services at 412-650-1100 or email chillprojectmindsinmotion@ahn.org.

AHN also offers a free companion curriculum for the first 20 episodes of the YouTube series “Cai & Kate.” Designed for young children and lower-grade educators, the curriculum can be enjoyed both at home and in the classroom.

In It Together: Empower Together
Educators can also join “Empower Together: Supporting School Professionals,” a free virtual meet-up led by licensed AHN therapists. Connect with colleagues statewide from the comfort of your home and share strategies to support mental wellness.

Every third Wednesday of the month, 6–7:30 p.m. To register or learn more, email corbin.linville@AHN.org. A link to the virtual program will be provided upon registration.
