Members have three opportunities to participate in live webinars this month:

  • February 11: Wellness Webinar—Matters of the Heart. No registration is required. Members can use the link below to join.
  • February 12: Increasing Mental Toughness-Members can use the link below to register.
  • February 26: Strategies for Managing Conflict- Members can use the link below to register.

All webinars will be recorded and will be available to be viewed either on the ACSHIC or AllOne Health website at https://allonehealth.com/webinars/.

Matters of the Heart

Tuesday, February 11th | 4:00 pm EST

This talk will teach us what our heart muscle does every single day and how we can take care of it, no matter our age, gender, genetics, or fitness level. It DOES matter!

Increasing Mental Toughness

Wednesday, February 12th | 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm EST

Participants will reflect on how adversity can fuel personal growth. We’ll dive into what it means to be mentally tough, how to find the positive in negative situations, manage ambiguity, and react with agility to change. Finally, we’ll explore the concept of “grit,” as defined by Dr. Angela Duckworth—passion and sustained persistence toward long-term goals.

Strategies for Managing Conflict

Wednesday, February 26th | 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm EST

Conflict can be a part of everyday work life that most of us would like to avoid. This seminar covers a broader understanding of conflict and why it happens, the negative impact of conflict within the work environment, and resolution strategies to effectively navigate these challenging situations. The objective of this session is to provide effective tips, techniques, and strategies for participants to improve their conflict management competency through enhancing their knowledge and skill set.

Earn SHRM HR Credits for attending the session live and requesting a SHRM certificate. This session is pre-approved for 1 SHRM credit, for following completion of attending the full webinar.
