Allegheny Health Network will build a $70 million Health & Wellness Pavilion in the former Latitude 360 in North Fayette, a facility that will include the AHN Center for Reproductive Medicine and other primary care and specialty services. The two-story, 68,000-square-foot building, which housed Latitude360 and later Main Event entertainment centers before they closed, is in the midst of being gutted and converted into a medical facility. It is expected to bring in 800 to 1,000 patients a day, many from the western suburbs who won’t have to travel into Pittsburgh for specialty services. The North Fayette Health + Wellness Pavilion will have primary and specialty services as well as laboratory, advanced imaging and children’s, adolescent and adult mental health services. It’s expected to open in early 2023. “Our facility will serve as the centerpiece of the North Fayette Health + Wellness Pavilion,” said Dr. Fabiola Balmir of the AHN Center for Reproductive Medicine. She said the center will be a one-stop shop for all reproductive medicine and a world-class program.
