The HealthyU Wellness Program provides employees covered by the ACSHIC health plan the opportunity to earn a $100 credit to their 2026-2027 deductible.
To fulfill the requirements of the Wellness Deductible Reduction Program:
- Have a preventive exam by March 31, 2026. If you have had a preventive exam dating back to July 1, 20224, you have fulfilled this step of the rewards program.
- Complete an online health risk assessment between July 1, 2025, and March 31, 2026. You must complete an assessment even if you did one for a prior rewards program.
Employees’ spouses who are covered by the health plan can also earn $100 toward their 2026-2027 deductible by completing a preventive exam and online assessment by the March 31, 2026, deadline.
